    FIFA: Destroying Football Since 1904

So the red card has been suspended, not rescinded. Don’t agree with that ruling but I’m still pleased the overall result is the same, Balogun is eligible to play and it should never have been a red card in the first place.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Cool. So we’re agreed it was right for Levy to ultimately go?

    FIFA: Destroying Football Since 1904

There should be a mechanism in place to rescind wrongly awarded red cards as Balogun’s one was. Completely disagree that it was a red.

Kelly Cates is a fantastic broadcaster. I disagree about Joe Hart. He’s a bit meh.

The BBC pundits have been dreadful. ITV have won the punditry battle for sure.

Agree on all counts. When was the last time they had a great team? 2002? They haven’t even had a superstar since Ronaldinho let alone a team full of them like they had previously.

I’m not against it. It’s done in club football.

Is Thomas Frank still the only person for this idiotic hydration break?

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

You just said it was an accident. We can all tell when it’s deliberate. That one wasn’t. I don’t like the fact that Trump got involved but is there not precedent for rescinding red cards at World Cups?

Gary Neville said it’s likely their injuries are a result of playing almost every game for 4-5 years while they’ve been trying to win the league.

It was a joke of a red card anyway tbf. Glad it’s been overturned even if Trump did have something to do with it.

Well he called me a clam and a bigot.

I hope Norway win on penalties and Gabriel is the last person to miss.

    Ingerlund

It’s a fringe opinion that can be easily dismissed. Tuchel has won the champions league and league titles.

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

Don’t think I’ve ever been happier to see a team lose in a World Cup other then whenever Portugal and Ronaldo lose.

    Paraguay’s coaching team against France.

Except when he's calling people clams and bigots simply for disagreeing with his overly simplistic, narrow view of the world. The whole point of this forum is to debate issues and exchange different viewpoints.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Not saying he (Levy) didn’t. I was merely responding to the original question, which was slanted in a way that was in his favour, excluding Arsenal and Liverpool from the conversation.
