World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

The Cowboys have massively underachieved since the 90s. They’ve won 1 playoff game in 30 years. Lovely stadium but I don’t know if it’s intimidating.

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

He’s already won a World Cup mate, and scored a hat trick in another final. Granted it’s not a good look that he left PSG and they’ve won back to back champions leagues but he’s reached the final and scored a brick ton of goals in his career. I find the idea that he’s overrated to be strange.

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

I tipped Spain to win the World Cup before it started. Obviously I want us to win but it will cushion the blow winning £600 if they do win it.

Not sure how scoring 8 in 7 games is holding them back 😂 none of their players have turned up tonight.

Shame he never turned up in a tournament. He’s been surpassed by Rooney, Kane and Bellingham, to name a few.

France have been poor but you’d be a fool to write them off after their comeback in the World Cup final.

Arsenal’s players are the opposite of Romero, they never miss a game for Arsenal but get injured for their country

    Moving Abroad

We went to see Thailand in 2019 with Phuket being one of the stops, went to a bar one night and there was a group blokes about 60 ish all drinking whisky with no partners or wives with them. I’m only making assumptions but it looked like they were there for the wrong reasons. They also have...

    Moving Abroad

One of my biggest regrets is not trying to live somewhere else when I was younger. I think I've probably missed the boat now. My roots are too firmly established here, with family, friends and other commitments, and it would be much harder to make that kind of move. I have family in Florida...

Sick sick world what is wrong with people

I would say the same but I don’t like people touching my hair, I don’t even let my wife do it.

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

Argentina haven’t got any more decisions in their favour than any other big nation as far as I can remember. Even France got the brunt of an awful refereeing performance against Paraguay and they are one of the favourites! The CR7 stuff is genuinely amusing. I can’t stand Ronaldo but I can admit...

Sick sick world what is wrong with people

I'll be frank: I get more frustrated with the left than the right because I expect more from them. I've voted Labour throughout my adult life, although if I'm honest it's been as much out of habit as conviction over the last few elections. What frustrates me most is the attitude that some...

    Ingerlund

I think we will win tomorrow. It may be ugly and scrappy but can see Bellingham carrying us like he has in the last two games. He’s an absolute beast.

World Cup 2026: Mexico, USA and Canada

I backed Spain to win the tournament but I can’t see them beating France tonight. France have too many players in peak form right now.

I’ve no issue with your approach specifically and I commend you for not giving up and trying to engage with people even if it seems like a lost cause. More of that is needed. I would respectfully say in SOME cases it’s done flippantly but not all.

    Pushing Up The Daisies

Jurassic Park still one for the greatest films ever made. The book is fantastic too. Hunt for the Wilder People is also an excellent film directed by Taika Waititi.
