    Sky sports were adamant there was a touch so they glossed over it on the night (how many replays of this compared to the Tel pen? Barely any), I think that’s swayed opinion and people were just imagining a touch because they were told there was one, after all he does get bloody close.

    can you? I’ve still not seen a replay with a touch yet, BBC even showed stills on their live page earlier today and the foot was not touching the ball in any of them.

    The front 3 looked knackered after an hour but they’re the only 3 attackers we have available unfortunately. So gutting we didn’t bring him in earlier with the options the previous managers had, Kudus, Xavi, Odobert, Solanke.. amazing we even look marginally competitive going forward right now.

    There’s been no evidence of that shown on tv so far. Nothing conclusive, if there was they’d have slowed it down and shown the point of contact but nothing so far. Maybe they still will in whatever’s left of the program, I doubt it though.

    Yea that Tel pen was obvious in real time but then for VAR to take so long to refer it and then the ref to take even longer making his decision at the tv was ridiculous

    Does he touch the ball? Still not seen any evidence on the replays so far, the ball doesn’t change direction. He’s bloody close to it but don’t think we can say he def touched it.

    If Sweden are willing to keep a squad place for him then it could work out well for us in terms of getting him up to speed for pre season training? If he does go it’s not like he’d be starting, it would be a few minutes here and there and gives him 6 weeks of training before coming back to us..
