    Cheatski are still scum

They are just children, what true fan wants to see their team lose?

As a kid I didn't see what was so special about him, my heros were Dave Mackay, Cliff Jones and Bobby Smith, my dad went on about him controlling the team and the game but with more genuine love of the man and the game than the arseholes on TV.

I believe players are coached to play a system and not to think for themselves. Managers have always had a philosophy of how to play and picked the best players available allowing them a degree of freedom. Week after week we see lots of teams trying to play out from the back with players who are...

Remember a game against Bolton (I think), Keane got set off for handball on line. Berbs played on his own up front and tore them apart, it was a masterclass of centreforward play.

I'd imagine he not far off being ready physically, he's a big strong boy, don't think he'll ever be quick, just adjusting to pace and movement of PL. He's got that natural instinct to be in the right place in the box.

No guarantees with knee surgery, I've known family and friends have mixed results and 2 surgeons have confirmed my concerns, it's why I won't have replacement op.

I'd love to see Carey Bloeborn make it for us, I've only seen him a few times but he's a big boy and brave. It's hard to really tell how young keepers will develop.

Austin is not very good with ball at his feet but is probably a better keeper than Gunter who can be erratic.

    FA Cup 25/26

It was a big thing to win double as no club had since 1897 and only 2 in the history of the professional game. Back then there was little sport on TV, most people didn't get them to mid 50's and only live sport was FA Cup Final (1953) Boat Race (1949) Grand National (1960) and some Test cricket...

    FA Cup 25/26

When I was a kid the winners of FA cup was the one team virtually everyone in the country knew about, league was important only to fans, European Cup had just started and there was no League Cup. FA Cup day was one of the big sporting days of the year along with Grand National and Boat Race day.

You can prove whatever you like with stats. I've been to plenty of games where a player has had a very good game and watched highlights on TV and not seen them on recording or mentioned.
