    What strengths? He took over a squad that finished 17th and that was poor in every department. The thing that confuses me is that there's a simple lesson to be taken from the last 2 seasons and that it's our squad is brick no matter who is in charge.

Prior to this season the highest level he had played was the Belgium league, imagine if we bought a 17 year old fresh from that league and had expected him to have made a contribution...
