    I thought it was a bit plot by numbers (vis-a-vis the book). It didn't really have the emotional punch that the best Sci-fi does - Silent Runner, Solaris (either version) or Arrival etc. I liked it. But for me it ranks around Moon (the Duncan Jones film) level.
