So again, being rational - There is an argument that the owners putting more money, had that delivered better on field results, the club would be worth more I'm not sure I believe it, if you compare us to Chelsea, we have our Infrastructure sorted for next 20 years, they haven't even started...

Genuinely not sure what you are stating here? Revenue is not profit or cash flow, the media and fans are sometimes so desperate to prove that somehow (usually Levy) was hording money, that whatever random financial statement seemed to sound right was picked. Spurs owners don't take dividends...

So to answer your questions/points 1. They never have, this is both the curse and amazing work of Levy. The owners (not Levy) gave him a football club that was in a dire situation, that had a decade of misery behind it, was behind clubs we would no longer consider rivals and gave him a mandate...

    - Rumour, data and logic suggest Tudor was a Paratici nomination - You can have all the qualifications in the world, but if your fudging company owner had to override you (after disagreeing with you two months earlier) on Frank, it shows some flaws in judgement. - The fact that we got to where...

Thomas Frank - Former Head Coach

It can work in Spain (where Barca can sleep walk a number of their games) with vastly superior players and even then it comes unstuck (they get some crap results), and does anyone see Flick's Barca winning the CL? I'd argue if a system needs that level of player it's probably not that good (i.e...

Utterly insane, the math on lost players per game over that period must be crazy. In any sane organization would demand a full review and report

I know you are having a little fun mate, but really there is nothing outstanding on Ange. He spent a lifetime building a system that is risk/reward, what has been clearly demonstrated at top level the risk is punished beyond what you get for the reward, it's literally that simple. Yes, there is...

The Ben Davies one makes me doubt the accuracy of this (he's had two surgeries, zero chance he's back in April)

Agree on Frank, but similar to Ange, also quite possibly a level found kind of result. Not sure I agree on Ange, I think the Forest job should have shown anyone who wanted to look what we already knew, he was sussed out badly in PL and had no counter, he wouldn't have lasted 10 games this season.

I get wary of this conversation, because people want a side to prove right. For me his time was affected by - Circumstances, i.e. Stadium build plus money pinch that came with that (unavoidable) plus more than season playing with no home (Wembley) all had huge impact. - Ageing squad and/or...

Fundamentally Levy has 3 options - Sell, get out - Wait it out, see what happens (he does know the long game) - Find capital investors (and he's talked to many over the years) and try to purchase It really depends (and he would know) what these owners really want to do, if they actually want...

He took a side that was consistently top 2, delivered one good season, added 450M+ players and has made them look worse in every way, attacking/defensive, players have dropped off a cliff, no consistency. Add in his fudging bizarre press conferences Slot has huge red flags, blinking lights...

No we would not, that's the point (see my other post re their actual results), The model/investment/payback to stay in PL, be in top half, be in top 6, be in top 4, win things is all different models/requirements. If Brentford/Brighton/Bournemouth discovered some secret way of maximizing...

Neither worked, both had close to same floor, maybe if being kind, Ange's crap plan had a better ceiling (he won something even if not with his core tactics)
