    Ledley said after is spell with Mourinho that he'd decided coaching wasnt for him. I think he gave up on his badges and i dont think he even does academy work now. I think essentially he's just too nice. The ambassador role seems to suit him much better

    A lot of clubs retain a consistent set now. There's so many jobs (opposition scouting, data analysis etc.) that more of those roles are club retainers, while the coach brings in only his own 2 or 3 assistants to head them up.
