    Doesn't look capable of it at the moment although things can change. I just want to know what happened to the Adebayor of last season, who was one of our best players. Or for that matter, the Defoe of earlier this season. We could use at least one of them turning up now.

    Those two games were hugely unlucky anomalies though. We didn't have Dembele for either game and didn't have Bale for the Chelsea game, and we had to play most of the Arsenal game with 10 men. We didn't do too badly against United's attack.

    Almost every single one of those fixtures look difficult. The easiest one is probably the last one, home vs Sunderland. We better start winning our home games or we won't finish 4th, that's for sure.

    Liverpool thread

    I think Liverpool are a bigger threat than Arsenal this season. In the last 10 games or so they have been in better form and if it continues I see them finishing ahead of Arse. Hopefully so do Everton and then Arsenal don't even make Europa league next season.

    Yes I think so although it sounds like Llorente is going to Juve. If we get Sissoko along with Holtby surely that means Livermore, Hudd, and Parker on their way out. I still think we need Moutinho right now, to challenge for top 4. Moutinho + Damaio would be perfect but not sure Levy will...

    We are better than every one of those teams except Manchester United, no reason we can't get good results. If we were to get 5-6 wins in these games we would all but guarantee ourselves a top 4 spot.
