    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

I believe if they offer a price for a certain percentage of the shares they have to offer the deal to all shareholders. It would be up to the shareholders if they sell or not. Sothe buyer could be forced to buy all the shares.

It's up to the board to hear negotiations for a full sale? They can do a deal to sell their own shares but not the club as a whole. That deal would have to be presented to all shareholders by the board then voted on by the shareholders. As with cain hoy. Or have i got that wrong?

I've wanted new owners for a while. If the lewis family want to sell they probably want their people in charge of the deal and not levy. For obvious reasons.

Levy's problem was that historically smaller clubs got owners that went mental spending on players which meant they overtook us in the historical pecking order. Fans want owners that will do what chelsea and city have done. They want trophies. Also we have regressed from where we were under poch...

Not sure how someone painting a georges cross on rubbish means they are levy out. Think it's meant to be a joke as the council seem very quick to clean up flags but can leave rubbish for a while. They did potholes as well.

As far as i'm aware. There's no interest in transfer debt. The price is agreed and you pay in installments. It's not getting a loan.

The lewis trust have majority of enic. Tavistok is another company they own. They are linked but one doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the other.
