    Daniel Levy - Chairman

Good piece in the Sunday Times on Daniel Levy yesterday. Can't get a link past their firewall though. :( Can someone clever have a bash?

    Mauricio Pochettino

That'd be just the one year option that we knew about then. Not exactly pen to paper on a bumper new deal or anything, is it?

    Nuno Espírito Santo - Sacked

I've just watched the video and if this is indicative of what's on twitter I'm glad I don't bother. It's a guy (admittedly our guy) walking into the lobby of a building and into a corridor. Do we miss the office that much that this is entertaining?! Would a picture not have done? Jebus wept...

    Next Manager?

I voted for Poch back in the last poll (heart over head though) but prior to that being an option would have been pleased to get Potter. I think a lot of the other candidates' appeal is the exotic. If Potter was managing Ajax I have no doubt he would win the league, similarly PSG, as his style...

    Harry Kane MBE

I'd have Jesus, but the only Sterling I would take would be the £150M. Hmmm, Jesus + loads of cash. Do we need an American infomercial and a toll-free number?!

Seems a bit harsh/premature to me. It may well be true in time, but we have no idea how much they were used under Jose.

    Next Manager?

Pirlo had GHod-like status there though so as soon as the vacancy came up he was chosen. It would be like us appointing Ledley now (if his personal trophy cabinet was a little more full) and hoping it worked, if his role was like Parker before he went to Fulham.

Whoever comes in has to look at what we can win. If it is Poch (and my heart would love it to be, my head is undecided) I hope we have a go at the Europa Conference. Yes it may be a revamped Intertoto Cup but we could win it as well as growing as a team, something which finishing 4th and going...

    Mid-table mediocrity: the positives

    Next Manager?

That article does say he knew was playing brick and deserved to be dropped, but wasn't expecting to be dropped permanently. As he's not that old for a keeper it does seem a bit harsh, however if Potter wanted to rebuild for the long term perhaps it is understandable. Also, went to the Arse...

Not for us now but was an example of someone we could have gone for previously but would now wait and see how their next move works out. We may do the same with Potter. Having said that, my favourite times watching Spurs recently have been under good managers who have stepped up with lower...

    Next Manager?

He has been there 2 years, but this is nearly the average tenure of a decent manager now before they move on. I'm not saying he's the best candidate but I agree we need someone who has managed in a top league for a decent period. If we were back when we appointed Poch we may well have been...

I still think Erik Ten Hag is more of a risk than Potter who has managed in the PL. Not everyone can make the step from Ajax: Team From To Record P W D L Win % Ajax 6 December 2010 11 May 2016 263 158 58 47 60.1 Inter Milan 9 August 2016 1 November 2016 14 5 2 7 35.7 Crystal Palace 26...

    One for the Darwin Awards

WTF is a gender reveal party anyway? Why would anyone else give two flying fudges what gender someone else's sprog is? Let alone bother going to a party to find out. If you want to tell me what gender it is, just do it, but just understand that I don't care - it's not my kid. Don't expect me to...
