    I posted the numbers a few weeks ago. The rate of civilian to combatant deaths is far lower than midst modern conflicts.

    Rarely. Most overtime is at the weekends - it's easier to manage as a standard shift. Sometimes shifts can be staggered across the day but they're all centred around those hours and nobody would do more than 9 or 10 hours in a day

    In the summer there's around 18 or 19 hours between dawn and dusk. As much as I wish it were so, I can't make people work 18 hour shifts, so it's not really relevant.
