The Arsenal and Liverpool games in autumn 23 were exceptional performances. I'll remember those two games very fondly. The pyramid of Biss-Udogie-Porro was breathtaking

Contingency planning : we've found our guy

Why is Poch the wrong direction? His Chelsea team 12 months ago was the best in the league, forged from a disparate group of young players.

Imagine if we now paid WBA to release Mason!

Get in! Or get out to be more precise! Delighted. Happy to have a fresh start and hopefully some more competence at the helm again

Net spend this window about £12.5m in the black then

My point was more that everyone says the same platitude gonads. 'The manager convinced me to sign' is the same as the old 'I've dreamed of playing for (where is it again) Port Vale (is that by the sea then?) since I was a kid'.

I don't think they'd take him. Emery is too smart. Even West Ham, which feels the right fit, with Potter now I don't think would go near him

    Leroy Sané

So did Bergvall till he got 6 games on the bounce in his proper position. I just think the role is Gray's for as much of the next decade as we can manage to retain him for, so blocking his pathway at this stage of his development would be a bit stupid. Just let Biss switch in and out with him...

    Leroy Sané

We haven't signed Tel yet. So that's 1 signing to get our quota of sufficient WF options up to 3 players We do already have 5 decent CM options, including Gray who I think will be an incredible holder. He could just have done with a bit more millage there through the spring.

I'm not sure there is. Who is starting there next season for you? Johnson on the right and Richarlison or Odobert on the left?

Donna Cullen gone...first of the changes?

Letting them pesky Proud Lilywhites have their flags out I'd imagine

Him and Davies are the only two that date from a pre-Nuno era. Otherwise Romero and Sarr become our longest server (summer 2021)

Is a mid-table with limited resources, from a relegation fodder with large resources, still not a big upgrade?

    Luka Vuskovic

We don't need 5 senior CBs, esp with Gray and Spence able to cover there too. I'd probably sell Philips (and have Dorrington on recallable loan)

Its a bit harsh to boot the guy when he's boozing it up in Ayia Napa. Id imagine it will be Monday morning. Otherwise, mark the first international break in your calendars

    Son Heung-Min

They've got Coman and Grnaby so are a bit too well stocked in his position. Maybe he could go and hang out with Lloris in California for a few years?

Google Paratici and Xavi. There's been stories about a connection between them since March. Im neutral to him as a candidate, but he's by way the shortest odds of the non EPL mid-table choices. He plays good football, focuses on youth development and has a similar background to Enrique, which...
