    One thing that Son’s drop off has made people finally realise that our forwards are pretty bang average. Even as recently as last season people were saying our forwards were as good as Arsenal’s, Liverpool’s and Saudi Sportswashing Machine’s.     And there is no guarantee we would have got 4th place even if we had beat Emirates Marketing Project. Aston Villa were still in pole position for 4th place. Everyone points to the fact that they lost 5-0 to Palace but they had already clinched 4th and had nothing to play for.

    For what it’s worth no Europa home game has sold out this season, including the quarter final. There was banks of empty seats for the Frankfurt game.

    The cutoff for Liverpool away was only 262. I would have got a ticket had I applied as I have 278 points. Sign of the times that the cutoff is so low? Frankfurt away was also around the 270 mark. For a Europa league 1/4 final.
