Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Yeah I'm just not sure what a club statement is going to do right now. Everyone knows the club f***ed up and everyone now knows and accepts that the decision to appoint a vastly inexperienced (at this level) head coach and surround him with a vastly inexperienced (at this level) coaching team...

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Yeah to be fair he's all over the place at the moment. Goes from "it's all on me" to "it's all on them" in the space of 2 press conferences

Just on Labour's "rock and hard place", while Blair always said you can't pass an opportunity up to govern, I do wonder whether Labour actually could have done their longer term prospects a favour by Rishi Sunak scraping a victory in 2024 and clinging on for another 5 years in a similar manner...

Labour are caught between a bit of a rock and a hard place because they have a large core support made up of economically socialist but socially conservative voters. They're the sort of voters that are anti-immigration, anti-liberalisation and instinctively protectionist. They're the sort of...

Can someone explain what Prince Harry is thinking with all this sh*tshow over his security? "I don't want to be a working royal anymore and I want to live in America, but I want the British tax payer to continue paying for police and military security" It's all over the BBC along with him...

It really is that simple. It's excuses. They can raise council taxes at the next opportunity they have following identification of rising costs. If central government funding doesn't arrive they serve notice that they're in danger of failing to meet their statutory responsibilities .....

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

You know he knows he's gone when he starts telling the press why it's not his fault that everything's gone to sh*t

So as soon as you get something that "blows your budget out of the water" you deal with it. You raise council tax or charges and/or you go to government and ask for funding. You don't just go, "oh well, we will just bumble along running a budget deficit until we run into an irretrievable...

Farage was asked directly whether he was confident he had the right calibre of people to provide actual services to local people. His answer was a good one. He didn't claim he had them, the answer was "well we can hardly be worse than the previous lot?" And that's the thing. There's no mystical...

It's not actually about not having the ability to build cars with those handling characteristics its about market. Suspension and steering design is a balance between comfort and dynamics/handling. American and Chinese cars have softer suspension and lighter handling as you have long straight...

Depends on their market. MG's comparatively more dynamic and stable cars didn't do so well in China ironically resulting in design of a bespoke range for the Chinese market. BYD have huge market in China and so Europe for them is "nice to have" additional revenue for them bearing in mind most...

It's minimal (the tesla) but I like it and the acceleration is just insane. Handling isn't as good as the 5n though. I think hyundai are the only manufacturer that have nailed the blending of regenerative and traditional braking to get that feeling of being completely in control on a bit of a...

Yeah it's only stiffer/heavier than Chinese equivalents. Hyundai Ioniq 5N is the best handling EV I've ever driven although I don't think you can beat the tesla model 3 performance for all round package.

Haha that's what I was trying to say in a nicer way when I was saying that the reason SAIC have taken a leap over BYD in Europe is their UK engineering team ensure that MGs don't feel like they're about to roll over when going around a twisty b-road or a tight city corner....funnily enough BYD...

Why would you vote on anything put before the European Parliament when you hate the entire concept of European legislation and everyone that put you in that position feels the same way? Plus as per the video he felt the gravy chain of being given a solid £900 for just turning up regardless of...

One of the worst attendance record and voting records in all of politics? He's only been an MP for about a year...and how do you know what Ed Davey's record on serving his constituents is? As you said you couldn't really find anything about him holding surgeries and his own website says he's too...

Lib Dems have a slick well funded operation oiled over decades. Up until recently Reform was literally just Farage and a couple of friends in terms of the actual party infrastructure.
