Nice work mate. It's a bit strange but I always think about British Cycling and 'marginal gains' when dieting, don't use breaking your diet as an excuse to go crazy and binging. Instead of drinking a beer have a vodka with diet coke, instead of a burger and chips have a burger with side salad...

Natalie Bennett got grilled by Andrew Neill today, absolutely no answers on Green policy funding, answered all questions with rhetoric on inequality. Car crash is a good description. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dFn8RIXOBE

    Cheap Phones

I'm posting this from my Moto G. I think its awesome, only downside is the lack of SD card slot. Don't see myself ever going back to more expensive phones, my sister is paying about £50/month for the new iPhone of which around £35 is just for the phone. On a 2 year deal that's £840 for the...

I don't quite understand your 'metabolic conditions' argument here. The issue is about taking 1000 calories off of your maintenance calories, this takes in to account all factors such as metabolic rate, sex, age, exercise levels etc... Your point about varying conditions is correct, as the...

I hate running, I'd rather do 10 minutes of sprints on a treadmill than 30-40 min of running. All about the HIIT

UKIP won't keep every deposit, but they'll keep more than the Lib Dems and Greens IMO. If you think the debates should be only between Conservatives and Labour then fair enough, but it's possible they won't even get 60% combined.

Change to the debates, yawn. I don't give a **** what Plaid Cymru or the SNP have to say, they don't run candidates in this country let alone my constituency. It's a joke to have these parties in the national debates. Let them debate in the countries they run candidates. There needs to be some...

    Ched Evans

This is the source I've used to read up on the case, I think it's quite comprehensive and unbiased but I could be wrong: https://www.crimeline.info/case/r-v-ched-evans-chedwyn-evans You are welcome to not give him a job, I think that would be your right as an employer, but I think if an...

In terms of snacks, how about just nuts and fruit? No preparation required. Also, make up a huge batch of protein pancake batter and freeze it in old ketchup bottles. Take the bottle out an hour before you need it or soak it in some warm water for a few minutes to thaw, then squeeze straight in...

I don't think it's unsafe biologically, but I think 500 is easier for a beginner to manage. The person who is overweight likely has problems eating healthily and a diet that is too restrictive often leads to falling off the wagon and giving up. If the person can handle cutting their diet that...

Consistency is the most important thing. Focus more on getting in to a routine of doing exercise and eating less, things like meal and exercise timing means nothing if you aren't consistent. There are no quick fixes.

I agree, I think a 1000 calorie deficit is a lot. Of course your maintenance calories will go down as you lose weight, it needs to be constantly adjusted. In terms of weight loss macro nutrients are irrelevant, but obviously body composition is going to be affected if your deficit diet...

Green Bay don't deserve this. Taking a field goal on the 1 yard line, rushing two (TWO!!) on a 3rd and 19, Rodgers missing open receivers, Seattle are winning this.

Re: European Elections, UKIP Tops British Polls You talk about her majorities as if they are mutually exclusive to her leadership style. People were sick to death of the Unions after the 70s, the three-day week and the Winter of Discontent, Thatchers strength in the face of pressure by the...

Re: European Elections, UKIP Tops British Polls This sentiment is quite important to me. My local Tory MP has rebelled on something like 5 out of 1000 commons votes, which tells me she's simply a mouthpiece for the government. Hell, 3 of her rebellions were over sitting times in the House of...

Re: European Elections, UKIP Tops British Polls Now that you're spot on with. Love her or hate her, at least Thatcher knew what she believed in. The leaders of the major parties don't lead, they just follow whatever they think will get them votes.

Re: European Elections, UKIP Tops British Polls Agreed the Greens argument is clearly a smokescreen, I personally agree with Ofcom I don't think their case for inclusion is legitimate. I've already made up my mind that I won't vote Tory if Cameron doesn't attend the debates. I'm certainly...
