    I don't disagree he is the best player, but building around a player who, if we finish 7th this season, may well leave next summer, means we then go back to square one and look to build the team around someone else.     I'm all for giving someone time, and i think as he's here, Poch is that someone, but the 'let's hope he can bring to us what he did with Southampton' line is off mark in my view given that Southampton are better now than they were last season, and that's having sold their best 3-4 players!
