    O/T The England Thread

Can't see England getting anywhere with a central midfield that one-paced. Carrick and Lampard should be an either/or.

    Cheatski are still scum

Defoe's was much worse - he didn't congratulate Chelsea, he retweeted, and responded with a "hahaha" to a photo that mocked his own club/fans, then pathetically tried to backtrack by saying his account got hacked. Yes, that's right, someone hacked his account just to retweet a picture. I guess...

    Cheatski are still scum

Every time I've seen Gomez for Bayern and Germany, he's looked a complete donkey. I'm sure he knows where the goal is, as his scoring record suggests, but so did Pavlyuchenko, and he was brick too. One of the most depressing things about all this is that I see little evidence that Bayern are...

    Annus Horribilis 2011/2012 .............................

Under contract - fudge 'em. Before anyone says, think what we could do with the money/go out and buy players that want to play for the club, we all know Redknapp would blow the cash on utter brick.

Yeah, and everyone called him a **** for it. Turns out, he was right.

    Official Kabooooooom Thread

Just to clarify, the defenders you think that have concentration and positional issues are Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto and Walker? Possibly Gallas too?

    Harry Redknapp: The Aftermath

Agree on the general points, but the problem was that Parker did more harm than good in this instance. Started with his usual pirouetting on the ball, and almost got us in to trouble on the counter. Given how dominant we were, I'd personally have been tempted to leave it for the final few...

Modric - No Longer A Spurs Player

People will only realise how important Modric is to us when he 's gone and we go back to playing with our attacking possession 20 yards deeper than it is now.

O/T Capello Resigns / New England Manager Speculation Thread

The final word, if you don't count the umpteen newspaper columns he's going to be 'writing' about the England team.

Emmanuel Adebayor - Officially gone \o/

We're back to square one if we lose him. Should be making it a priority to find a way to keep him at the club.

New England manager = Roy Hodgson

Didn't you say in the past that "possession is king" and England should be retaining the ball?

New England manager = Roy Hodgson

Non-story. No way is Levy stupid enough to go down that particular road.

    Parker or Sandro?

Could you clarify what "online fans" means? Last I checked, we're all, yourself included, online fans.

    Parker or Sandro?

You're just being selective to suit your own agenda. Every poll I've seen (including this one) suggests that a huge majority rate Sandro above Parker. For it to be that large a percentage, it would include have to include fans that have all sorts of different views on Redknapp. As for player of...

New England manager = Roy Hodgson

Honesty is the best policy. If your objective is to make everyone think you're a ****.

    Parker or Sandro?

Has absolutely nothing to do with that, as far as I can see. Sandro is highly regarded for doing things like dominating Milan's midfield in huge Champions League games, not because people want to use him to have a pop at one of Redknapp's favourites. Just because people don't agree with your...

    Parker or Sandro?

Sandro. It's a no brainer. There's no area of the game in which Parker is superior to Sandro aside from the attribute of being a triffic lad. Even in terms of positioning and awareness, which you'd expect a more experienced player like Parker to win, Sandro is much better.

New England manager = Roy Hodgson

Can't see why he'd think that - England have virtually zero chance of winning in Brazil, even if they do manage to unearth enough quality players over the next couple of years to replace the outgoing generation.
