Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

It's a very old rendering and out of date - it can be completely ignored. In addition to the all the thing previously mentioned, the lights are incorrect as well. They aren't going to to look like that, although I do think they look nicer than the ones we're actually going to use. BTW - the...

You can't do that. The reason the corners dip is because there is a maximum distance a seat can be from the farthest corner flag. A lot of people think the corners dip because of the TV screens, but that isn't the case. I think the south corners are about 10m from the the maximum that UEFA...

The half way point depends on what you consider the start of work. Sheet piling was being put in around May 2015 from memory, so with the opening game being August 2018 if all goes to planned, then the half way point was sometime in the 1st quarter of 2017.

Football dressing rooms and technical areas/benches are on the west side. NFL dressing rooms are on the east side.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

This is unofficial, and the seats are the wrong colour, but this was based off the plans so for the purpose of showing the south stand size/shape etc it's suitable :)

Re: the whole bowl thing - the stadium itself isn't going to be called 'the something bowl', when the club refers to the bowl they mean the terraces/stands collectively. Not the stadium as a whole. Relax :)

The best stuff is the unofficial stuff IMO. The weekly timelapses from EJG, Chris Cowlin's weekly updates etc. While the club has to be commended on the Time Lapse/Live camera setup, they're well behind on the produced updates. Their monthly time lapses miss a whole bunch of stuff as there's...

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Common terminology for a stadium with rounded corners as opposed to 4 distinct stands like WHL. You're in a very very small minority of people who have expressed an issue with the term.

The rakers with supports between the two of them like shown above will go directly over the trees.

They do have sections earmarked for corporate seating at the moment but no boxes confirmed yet I think. Haven't been following the build too closely but what I have seen in terms of seating plans don't show any boxes.

It's real. The Scaffolding is temporary and for the World Cup, afterwards the scaffolding will be removed and the stadium will be fully enclosed for the local Yekaterinburg team (I forget which exactly) to take up residence.

That spot would be where the old Paxton stand started roughly, and the club did advise they would be burying a time capsule where the stadiums overlap. Edit: that was actually updated later on to be the old centre spot which is obviously not near the south goal.

They look more like disabled access seats. Safe standing seats have frames for each and every seat, not shared across multiple seats...

    Those aren't safe standing seats.

NWHL will be closer on all sides and have a steeper rake. Atletico used an old stand built for athletics and built around it, hence the main stand not joining the rest of the stadium in the upper tiers. It's not perfect for football.

Well considering the containers are there to benefit the residents, he'd look pretty silly.

Also the first few rows (I think 10?) of the north stand are removable for the NFL configuration.

I should hope so as well, the foundations the model is based on haven't been finalised yet. Once all the south stand movement joints are confirmed, the model can be built upwards with the accuracy required.
