    Half? that's quite a stretch.

HP sold of the last of their Autonomy assets in 2016. It was a failure for them in business terms as they wrote off the value of the assets and sold what they should have the assets after they found what they called 'irregularities in the accounting' of the company. The software still exists but...

HP are doing the wireless network and tech in the stadium, people are just jumping to conclusions. It's realistically a possibility but the visit itself is not an indicator - it's been a possibility all along.

    It's not the best example

That doesn't make sense. We'd only apply to play games away to start the season if the stadium wasn't ready. Why would the league allow us 4 consecutive home games anyway?

AFAIK the announcer said we hope to be in for the start of the season. Nothing has been confirmed and there's still plenty of time for slippage in the build so nothing has been confirmed either way, obviously.

Yup. To me it looks like the screens will be assembled there, and then raised up into their final place when done.

They're steel tethers to keep the roof sections from blowing away.

Based on the curvature of the orange fencing, this is from close to the corner of the north penalty box.

It's not going to happen, not for the least of reasons being that Nike doesn't rhyme with white. It's a silly suggestion that some people seem to love for some reason.

Not sure exactly what you mean by the lowest part? The back, and highest part of the south stand, is essentially the same height as the top of the other stands.

The lift itself will take about 3 weeks.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

The roof lift is still the biggest focus for the moment. If that is delayed past early march we are slipping on a major piece of work. I also feel personally that the south podium space (behind the south stand) is also extremely time sensitive, so I'm hoping there are no major delays with that...

I love how you can tell how old people are by their reaction to music :p I jest, but in all honesty that's some very inoffensive music. Highlight videos tend to have some of the most offensive obscure electronic music, I find...so Mr AV's backing music is a most welcome end of the electronic...

The pitch will only be rolled away when necessary - around and on NFL game days and the same for concerts and the like. The pitch will spend most of the time out in the open, like any other pitch. Splitting the pitch should be done as little as possible.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Yes but at the expense of the single tier space below it. As the design stands you cannot extend the east or west stands to any worthwhile degree without blocking the view of people in the upper corners of the single tier south stand. Even by removing the screens, the south stand would have to...

The problem is that Nike doesn't rhyme with white, so it sounds wrong.

Expanded how? The seating goes right up to the edges where the 360 degree screen starts. There's no way to add enough seats without a major redesign. Capacity was a major factor because it was competing against the Olympic stadium at Sochi which will hold 47k, and was already built.

It is below the minimum capacity required by FIFA.

It's professional gaming league/tournaments. Don't be surprised when NWHL hosts a tournament one day in the actual stadium, these tournaments draw over 50k attendance in some cases.
