***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur v LiVARpool - Sunday April 27th 4.30pm

Those are sad words really. 'Decent territory'...I am not sure what he means. That was such a weird and callow performance. Not unexpected sadly. This whole 'press conference' stuff is just an over-extended charade at this point...

***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur v LiVARpool - Sunday April 27th 4.30pm

That for me is the far more important question.

    Ange in or out?

In fairness, I cannot count seasons of doom for which I was not alive, thus yes, this has statistically taken the biscuit...and lost it during the early dunks :-(

    Ange in or out?

I think that's a fair point. In a Conte style side he might be far better. Judging anyone in this shambles is unfair.

    Ange in or out?

He really was looking back. He was also disrepsected by too many of our fans.

    Ange in or out?

We saw today why Danso isn't the answer to any of our questions. I think Romero is only showing up for EL games, mentally too.

    Ange in or out?

I don't disagree that stylistically he might've been, however I do think that in the thick of it Jan/Feb, he might've been a senior who could've influenced a greater degree of adaptation within the coaching staff and maybe had a steadying influence on the dressing room. I might well be allowing...

    Ange in or out?

I agree. Of course, some of our fans showed their colours in this regard too, absolutely berating Dier far far beyond rationality. I'll say this. If we had him at the club this season, we would have avoided the collapses IMO. Might not be top 6 but we would not be in the terrible position we...

    Ange in or out?

No. Not a victim. I simply believe there are many issues at the club and he is most certainly one of them. With respect, you seem very determined to make this both a binary equation and paint me as an apologist, neither of which I feel are accurate or fair. I am interested in seeing if we...

    Excellent line! Very good...

    Ange in or out?

I agree. And I was 110% on board. Moments make seasons. Dier was offside by the thread of jersey sleeve when he smashed home what would've been a brilliant equalizer. It would have had us at 2-2 entering stoppage time and given us somne major momentum. It might also have seen Dier taken...

    Ange in or out?

I think more than any single match, this was the one which told us who he was and what he was going to do. From that point on you either bought in or opted out. But he was always transparent. He is, in that sense, a very honest manager.

    Ange in or out?

Thanks, very interesting. It shows that they're not a panacea unless the Porro/Udogie/Vicario factor is also in place. I think it's fair for people to question the validity and liklihood of any side having their first choice back four and keeper fit all season, so not something we should rely...

    Ange in or out?

I think the answer is he won't be here anyway.

    Ange in or out?

I get that it has not been great, however what I'm getting at is the first blows came when that back four were broken up by injury/suspension and the immediate midfield beyond them was also decimated by suspension/injuries i.e. 'that' Chelsea match. That good old friend Hindsight shows how much...

I'd love to see the stats on how many times Romero and VdV played together since that match...

    FA Cup 24/25

We had the chance to sign him from Blackburn and were well in the chase. I am assuming that Conte was the difference as to why the player and reps felt Palace was the better option. I wonder if City will move for him?

    FA Cup 24/25

Wharton was a giant miss too when at Blackburn. Wasn't that Conte-era?

    FA Cup 24/25

The deal was on the table before the Euros and before Olise was sold to Bayern. They would not have sold both. It was there to be done early and we did not like the terms.

***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur v LiVARpool - Sunday April 27th 4.30pm

Jesus, there I was TRYING to save some gunpowder for the NEXT match-thread and NONE of you miserable bastards stepped in! Which tells us everything. You don't GAF. Most people of N17 persuasion don't GAF, because we're all stuck on Thursday (despiute the fact SUNDAY COMES BEFORE THURSDAY AND WE...
