*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Wolverhampton Wanderers ***

If it has happened over a few years I'd agree (unless you think we should sell Odobert by default?)

Would be out of order of the club to take Mason's job away from him!

We'll see. The fact that Vinai has come in with the title 'CEO' and the fact he previously held the CEO role at the South London Nomads suggests to me that he at least thinks he will be running things.

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

I think Iraola would be fine in a season that we have no European football (just as Ange was). I think we'd see the same struggles we've had this season if having to cope with two games a week. Though I do think Iraola is a little bit more pragmatic than Postecoglou in terms of style of play.

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

He should know that having one bad season even once in every 6 years isn't acceptable at THFC according to our head honcho.

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

How on earth does a club as big as Tottenham Hotspur appoint somebody like Munn in such a key job in the first place though?

Contingency planning : When Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

I'll be happy when Levy stops drawing a salary from THFC. Now we've finally brought in a CEO worth his salt that could (should?) actually happen.

I think it will be a little later than that. I think he will last for a similar amount of time that Hitchen lasted after Paratici came in.

As CEO Vinai will pick up responsibility for everything.

So not a replacement for Kline then ;) (I actually suspect the new CEO will hire himself a new Kline)

A replacement for Munn as head of football operations hopefully. (I still can't help but wonder whether Munn was just a patsy hired to get through the period that Paratici was banned)

Blimey - how have I not noticed them.... I usually enter via going up onto the South Podium as well. :D

The new guy is the CEO not just a replacement for Todd Kline.

Since when was he on the business side? The DoF reports into him.

I suspect it will start soon. However, there wouldn't be considerable costs in the 2024 accounts for it.

Its nowhere near the biggest market for players, coaches, managers, scouts, medical staff, data scientists, etc (which is Munn's role).

I agree. Considering Levy sacked Mourinho only a few days before a Cup final it is strange that Ange is still in position. I can only think that back then Levy didn't realise how painful it would be to appoint a new manager (the farce of a search that ended in Nuno) but now knows we're not...

I've got no idea. I would just hope that the club had more ambition than bringing in somebody who was running a football operation in Asia.

That would seem very strange to me. Construction hasn't started yet.

I actually can't remember the name of the player that he thought he was signing (I'll try to remember to ask next time I see my friend who told me the story)
