Well, today is a great race to answer your question!

Good for them. Results should be the metric - not comfort. I'm sure most of them love how he wants to play, it will be fun. You know who else loves how he plays....the opposition midfield and forwards.

This guy has Reich in his last name? Is that deliberate? Or just a fudged up coincidence?

I I tend to watch it intently now. The highlights tell a really narrow story. You kinda need to watch quali and the GP - the driving is sooooo perfect now (partly driver, partly tech) and the cars so big that it's usually the things off track that as most impactful. Singapore, Spa, Brazil, the...

The answer to that is literally why teams have hundreds of people and spend millions! Have a look at the margins between the best and worst - massive in F1 terms. In real life - a few seconds max! Come race day it becomes laps. Driver ability Driver consistency Tyre deg Tyre choices Race...

Williams showed those flashes last season, as did Albon. Quali pace Vs Race pace are very different beasts. Ferrari still look like they couldn't organise a tinkle up in a brewery. Great stuff from Tsunoda and Hadjar in the RBs. Shame they aren't a stand alone team - the Red Bull connection...

I disagree with that. It was a bit of a left field appointment, for sure. But after trying Conte and Mourinho, it wasn't that bad of a choice. His reputation for being something different and winning was there - and growing. He could have very easily become the next Poch, AVB (Portugal version)...

Napa and Sonoma wines are fabulous. Chile, Australia - not in the EU. The US don't really import central European wine (Hungary etc). So it's just French and Italian really.

I think so long term. Probably. Perez was being undermined and that screwed him and led to mistakes. Lawson - he could be Verstappen, he could be Hulkenberg. Whichever way it goes, he'll be entertaining. For 2025 he'll have a few big results and a few big disasters. After that - who knows. If...

You've nailed it. Red Bull - had a circus with Perez. Ferrari - had Hamilton; you don't keep Sainz. Mercedes - politics. You don't replace Hamilton with the guy he displaced at Ferrari. McLaren - are sorted. Which only leaves the one Aston Martin seat; and they have gone all in for a 26/27...

Completely agree with all of that. I have a feeling this is the season where Piastri takes that next step - and he'll be consistent. He also seems to have more of a winners attitude. But of course he'll be hamstrung by being the no.2 (1.5 - McLaren are good at giving equal seniority. That's both...

2026 is the year the regs completely change - so should be more that way. This year will be interesting in different ways. Six rookie's - anything could happen there. Adds more jeopardy. The midfield could get quite messy. Red Bull without Adrian Newey. I'd expect Verstappen to still be...

What I find most funny is that they just look crap - like an early 2000s Mazda, but released today thinking it's a Porsche. I do like the bold marketing angle to focus the cyber truck at Minecraft players though..... although I think they are mostly 13?
