Great run from Sarr, well found by Son. Soooo simple.

He's got the pace of an arthritic donkey.

Please get Richie off. He's been pathetic. 2 games back to back too much for him atm.

    Tottenham Hotspur V Brentford

Well it wasn't pretty but a long overdue bit of fortune has helped us out. Richie too slow in thought and movement a few times or we could be 2 up. Will need a big improvement 2nd half to get the win.

Going backwards when we don't need to getting us in trouble.

Yep, that's how I see it. Keep that gap to the others. Great start for Everton.

    Mikey Moore

His touch and the way he carrys the ball give of Waddle vibes to me. I'm absolutely convinced he is going to be a star for us.

    Tottenham Hotspur V IF Elfsborg

Ange's presser; VDV to get some minutes tomorrow. Sarr and Bissouma available. Spence available for Brentford. Confirmed Maddison out for 2 weeks. I didn't hear any mention of Romero.

    Ange in or out?

I agree and he should be long gone, but as you said. What are they waiting for? Results couldn't be any worse and we have some horrible fixtures on the horizon. I was stunned he survived Everton and then more so this weekend. It's a mystery.

    Ange in or out?

I think at this point we have to accept that Ange is going to see out the season. He could have been justifiably sacked at any point in the last 6 weeks but here he remains. It is bonkers and we are playing with fire but that's the way it seems to me.

*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Leicester City ***

That is a common theme whenever we go behind lately, we never look like getting a goal to get back into it. The most damning detail is that Leicester spent 95 mins of the game in a defensive mindset. In the 5 mins that they decided to push out they got 2 goals.

Ange has to go now, surely. No more ifs, buts and excuses. It's way past a joke at this point. Put him and us out of our misery.

    Ange in or out?

I looked at the remaining fixtures and came to the same conclusion. We will get enough to stay up but geez, struggling for 40pts.

Both Moore and Spence far more effective on the left than Son.
