    Problem is that he's doing the job of two players in two different areas of the pitch. A deep lying midfielder and striker. He's almost a paradox - our best creator whilst also being our best scorer.

    A surprisingly comfortable first half. I'm not sure they created a single chance. Their goal came from an error. Should have been a straight forward take for Hugo. I don't think any other side plays into the 'architects of their own demise' narrative as often as spurs!

    I've felt we've looked half decent at times. The game plan is clear enough. Stay solid and then move the ball quickly when in possession. The need for upgrades is obvious but conte's impact on the team is apparent.
