The Official 2024/25 Premier League Thread

Don't forget that they are the youngest team in the history of world sport plus they are decimated by injuries unlike any other club in history.

Don't forget we were 5-0 up against Southampton away in the first half. The Glory Glory Daze.

Not to call you out or anything, but Spurs don't charge the highest sports prices in the world. I found this new thing called Google that can show you which sports do.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Do you have stats on Salah’s in game efforts vs Kulu? Minutes/sprints etc. that’s the truer reflection of why a player might be tired. Plus, if you’re winning as much as salah is it’s easier.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Thanks for the data. My point t was more to do with Ange seeming to blame the players, and publicly calling out the 18 year olds. Upon reflection I reckon the stress is getting to him. But it’s language used by the likes of Mou and Conte to blame players. And young players too. To me, Ange...

    Djed Spence

He plays with a calm confidence. A subtle swagger. A veritable versatility. And he has skill. His outside of the right boot cross for Solanke was a thing of beauty. Long may he continue to play for us.

Best piece he has ever written, IMO. And something I encourage all on here to read. It might not change your opinion, but it presents what feels like a good perspective.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Fair point. But there wasn't a ton of opportunity for us to press in the first half because we kept trying to play out from the back and getting caught.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Hoooooold on. We try and play out from the back, which is what we do (mate) pretty much all season, but that's not how you set us up? Also, did Conte and You call you to remind you to say that's not how you set the team up? And hold on, mate, hoping your 18 year olds are hurting when they...

It was hard to focus on how young their 18 year old was given their injury crisis and the tragic loss of Jesus.

    Timo Werner

I was shocked the entire team didn't wear Werner shirts today like the Goons did for Jesus. It's so sad that Jesus is in that coma that he'll never come out of. He had so much to give.
