*** Tottenham Hotspur Vs Forest *** OMT

The side are too easily rattled. Away against a physical side, we didn't have composure to pass well and avoid their press. Didn't look focused or ready for the pace of the game.

Tbf we gifted 2 goals, when we needed to just stay in the game, and play ourselves into the game.
How is it they don't seem to learn?

We should have got Bowen instead of Kudus. West ham must have laughed getting as much money for him

Kudus seems like a YouTube footballer at the moment. Nice piece of skill every so often that gets replayed and his reputation built as a ā€˜baller’ but he can be so laboured in possession, lacks end product too often, and Kulusevski walks right back into the team in Kudus position when he returns.

The lack of drive in this team worries me, I haven't enjoyed watching us at all. Most times I just watch the highlights but have watched today, the Goons, Chelsea and Wolves. We've been tinkle poor in all of them.

A managerial change wont fix this, it is the players we have. They are not of the quality to play the style of football we want them to. it was the same under Ange, the same under Conte, the same under Jose and the same at the latter end of Poch. We can keep changing mangers but while we have this standard of player nothing much is going to change.

It’s what happens when you sign kids and also-rans.

Billie T really is the worst in a highly competitive field.

Ah it’s the old classic of no pressure on the edge of our own box.

Brilliant strike but no one anywhere near him

Palinha had such a good view of it he should be paying for a ticket.

I dont think it is the players by the way ... We set up a philosophy to target young players yet to come into their prime .. that requires patience.
I don't think it's the younger players.
But you need the older ones to help out:
Vicario - the GK you'd want to play against. Blames teammates.

Romero - not as good as he thinks he is.

Porro - inconsistent defensively. Loves a rant - not sure it's productive.

Bentancur - been coasting for over a year . What does he do?

Richi - Everton.

They all need to step up.

Nothing annoys me more than watching a player steam into a stupid tackle then start gobbing off at his team mates, as if he’s saying ā€œat least I’m tryingā€ but missing the fact it’s 84mins gone, and we’re here due to a lack of effort across the pitch.
