And then ushered back into the building to be shot, I imagine so they can manipulate a report, than bring the building down on them.
From this point on, its ridiculous to believe they were not surrendering,
It will be the Israeli police force, just like in most countries.
Or, in the words of someone who was actually there, chose to re-enter the building against direct instructions.

I'm not sure under what circumstances anyone would send them back into a building that has yet to be cleared.
I understand that some people are desperate to find guilt and that they've assumed the terrorists were being ushered back in to be shot.
In order for that to make any logical sense, you have to ask yourself two things.
1) Why not just shoot them right there? He was shot so close to the door, inside made no difference. It's all visible from outside, so its not as if going inside offered cover.
2) From the timeline offered from both sides, it appears as if the mitary hadn't been in to the building after the terrorists were outside. So for all they know, that building is full of guns, explosives, etc. Why would they take that risk of sending a terrorist into a dark building, partially out of sight? If they were sending them in intentionally, they'd clear the room first.

Well as my mate is still part of the task force investigating historic police action/crimes against the IRA and uncovering issues, nothing shocks me at all with how so called sophisticated and advanced organisations act against their enemies

Anyway we will soon find out then the independent and on the ground chief commander issue their reports

Not having that I can assure you me & my mates never hurt any innocent civilians. They can throw petrol bombs, bricks & shoot at us let's not forget car bombs to kill innocent people & all I can do is stand there with a riot shield tear gas & shoot them with plastic bullets.Have you seen someone kneecaped for being a grass I have apparently he wasn't but they didn't give a fudge.
I have no sympathy for the IRA who is arresting them for there crimes no we can't do that we want peace let's go after the soldiers. fudge that & fudge them
Don't tar all soldiers with the same brush 99% are good people. When hell is coming over that hill heading for you your family & your friends we will stand & meet hell head on until none of us are left if that's what is needed & what do we ask for in return absolutely nothing.

Yes they can both be true but you said so many soldiers got away with war crimes in Ireland. How many got away with war crimes you have no idea. if you were talking about one event that's what you should have said.
As for bloody Sunday being a war crime according to the.bbc only one soldier was charged with murder & attempt murder he stood trial in Belfast & was found not guilty on both counts. The British army know exactly which parras discharged there weapons & how many rounds were fired & would have passed this information on to the relevant authorities & one soldier was charged so maybe it wasn't a war crime as you suggest. As it turns out it wasn't even murder.
As for the Israelis shooting those two I hope it's investigated independently not by Israel & if found guilty they get a very long time in prison

And on Israel. They won't let anyone investigate and they are hardly accountable to anyone.
