It's chicken and egg with ours unfortunately. If you play brick football that's what the fans will give you. There are certain teams fans who will get behind the team regardless, ours aren't one of those (and tbf the majority of teams aren't)....

Will give two simple examples. We take a long goal kick. Pahlinha and bentancur are stood 10 yards in front of our box. That’s fudging brainless. They need to be up the pitch ready to win the second ball.
Porro gave a chance away, Vic saves and we break. Pahlinha gets it and fudging passes it backwards. Completely unacceptable.
This is on Frank. Not good enough by a long way. This is the big leagues, not Brentford.

The referee has ignored the laws and redefined what is a foul and what isn't in that 45. Therefore every yellow and red needs to move with it.
Personally, I'd rather see the refs just use the laws of the game on everything so we can have our beautiful game back.
