I hope it's not the Linton Travel Tavern?Another protest against asylum seekers today, outside a hotel in Norwich.
It’s funny how the organisers always open with “we’re not being racist, but…”

It’s always for the children too
That’s embarrassing.

Wonder when they will rock up at the churches to protect all those kids. It’s always for the children too![]()
That bloke in the the photo would, but can't because he's down the Spurs on Sundays coz they're in the fecking Europa League. Priorities innit.Wonder when they will rock up at the churches to protect all those kids.
Came in this thread to talk about Oasis and see that others have shared the same experience recently.
Was there last night. Epic. This is the 3rd time I've seen them and it was probably the best that I've seen them play. Helped by the crowd belting out every song from start to finish. Easily better than when I last saw them in 2009 which makes sense as things were fractiuous between the brothers at that time.
I also saw them at Knebworth in 96 but I was only 13 at the time and probably a bit young to fully appreciate it at the time especially being stood so far at the back.
Definitely want to see them again now. No other band make me feel like they do.

The prodigy were greatI was also at Knebworth, on the Saturday, it was epic imo, The Prodigy were equally incredible.
I did the 2009 last gig at Wembley, they were pretty crap that night as I recall.
I definitely want to see them again soon, maybe the September ones.
How old were you both in 96? I was 13..ot was my first gig and it was all a bit surreal to me. I couldn't see much from the back but I don't remember it sounding anything like as loud as yesterday did.
