I heard they didn't want to risk both him and Dan James having question marks about being able to get up to EPL level performances, so were going to try for someone more established instead for the other flank.

If Leeds has the option to take Solomon and doesn't, they are nuts. 10 Goals, 13 Assists as a winger with all but 1 coming in the league, don't think they will do better.

Funds and overseas squad places are limited. Wouldn't surprise me if they brought Jack Clarke back instead.

I can't remember what the terms of the loan were....just a straight loan I think??

Think Frank would be quite familiar with our players, and I don't think this conversation started a week ago. According to Romano part of the negotiation is expected player plan.

Issue for Solomon remains the same -> Wilson, Son, Tel, Richi, Moore all play there. Yes we might (extreme scenario) choose to move on Son, Richi and not get Tel (rumours are we want him), but I doubt we would want to be on Wilson +backup of Moore or Solomon. His stock is as high as it's ever been, good chance for him to get a starting place at a club elsewhere.

Been plenty of talk over the last week

Leeds want him
But we will take another look during pre season.

I haven't watched him this season bar some clips, but he needs to play with his head up more. Doesn't seem what's going on around him until after he tries to run with the ball.
