***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v The Garibaldis (will Marinakis eat his own club with a cuppa?), Sat Sept 5th, City Ground, 3pm***

The way we controlled the game from a possession aspect, especially the first 15 minutes of the 2nd half, the way we looked to play through both wings and get the wingers driving at their full backs, we won’t come up against a back 5 every week where the opposition primary setup was to double up...

I only watched the full match this morning and I’m not quite sure where the negativity is coming from, we dominated for large periods, could and should have scored 3 or 4, of this match was okayed in a few weeks we win 8 times out of 10, there is no doubt the subs on 60 minutes disrupted our...

Im stating what the strongest 11 is, Kudus was never ever starting as he has missed 9 months, it will be weeks before he is fully back, assuming that Fernandes has a knock putting Marmoush as the #10 and Solanke up top was probably the strongest we could put out today.

8 of today’s starting 11 probably make our strongest side, it’s only Fernandes as the #6, Savio switched to the left and a fully fit Kudus on the right and Deki/Madders/Xavi at #10.

Based on these comments seems Fernandes will be playing as the #10 for the foreseeable. On Fernandes "Mateus Fernandes played a good game. He can play better. I think he can play different positions, for example in this moment Rodrigo Bentancur is very important for this team because he gives...

I don’t think Kudus starts having only played about 25 minutes since January, if Savio isn’t fit to start I’d put Tel on the right, rest of this team and shape is based around the bat brick crazy notion of round pegs in round holes. ………………………Kinsky……………………… Porro…………..vH…………vdV…………..Udogie...

    Archie Gray

I see Bergvall filling the Tonali/8 role with Gray the Fernandes/6 role, problem is Bentancur is currently ahead of Gray there.

    Archie Gray

Fernandes’s ceiling is so high I can honestly see him at PSG, Real Madrid or Barcelona etc in 2 or 3 years time, the question really should be if Gray is prepared to sit around for a season or two while having his development shunted as a utility rb.

Tosin & Mudryk deals with Chelsea

Well no because I wouldn’t rate the success of Mudryk’s loan based our final league position but on his individual performances.

    Transfer thread

I have seen that theory a few times last night and this morning but it makes no sense to me if we were apparently happy to throw £85m at Liverpool for Gakpo, I think it’s more likely City have double fudged us with Gakpo then Ndieye who simply choose them over us.

Tosin & Mudryk deals with Chelsea

I hope there is some kind of option on Mudryk, if he turns out to be a success then we will have literally done the hard graft for fudging Chelsea in getting him ready to either play for them next season or sell at a higher price.
