Just getting confidence back ?

You miss the point. How come our brilliant, CL deserving attacking players could barely get a shot on goal, while Torres can get "confidence back" easily ?

What will it take for posters to admit, that we are playing garbage right now ?

We've been playing garbage for a while now.

Actually you know what i find baffling? when people claim we miss loads of clear chances and a clinical striker would make a huge difference. Sorry but we hardly create any clear cut chances and haven't done so for a large part of the season. The last one on one i remember we had was Adebayor vs Chelsea at the Lane. We create half chances and fudge all else. I hate them but watch a Liverpool game and then come back and tell me we create loads but miss easy chances. Them counts miss at least 2 easy chances per game.

Have to agree with KD, we don't seem to be able to create clear cut chances, not in the last 2-3 months. Teams are doubling tripling up tho on bale n lennon, we don't seem to be able pull them out of their comfort zone/position. De matteo got the lads back to basics, strong at the back and now with a string of results they are rip roaring. Drogba ? Nah, don't need him. He'll be fresh n pumped for the next game tho

In his second league game and first ever start in the Finnish Premier League (Veikkausliiga), 17 year old wonderkid Joel Pohjanpalo scores a perfect hat-trick (right foot, left foot, header) in an astonishing 2 minutes and 42 seconds in HJK's first league fixture of the season! HJK was trailing 0-1 before Pohjanpalo took matters into his own hands and the game ended 3-1 for the current title holders.

Impressive display from Celtic fans for the last ever Old Firm match

Ha ha those are amazing flags - that is what football is all about - very good indeed

Can you imagine being able to do the same at the Lane against ArseAnal? What a happy day that would be, let them rot, the cheats

Well, I didn't see Defoe shining against them. Did you ?

That defence looked like fudging ManUtd when we played them.

Not my fault we were brick and played Defoe as a lone striker is it?
Plus, QPR playing at home and then away is the same as the difference between day and night.

Blackburn had conceded 16 more goals that QPR before today so in theory we should be able to look good today

Need a convincing win today to get some confidence back

I think we did but we still can't finish or play a good final ball/cross most of the time.
