The "Official" 2013/14 Other teams matches thread

Jesus Kevin Ball is the least media trained 'manager' in the history of football. Constantly repeating the questions being put forward to him and constantly saying "do you know what i mean".

Norwich were excellent today and to be honest it's been coming the last few weeks IMO - they've been very neat but not got results so far, but there looks to be skill in that team to me and a good spirit.

In fact, I think a lot of teams have upped their game this season right through the league. The only team that has looked truly out of their depth is Palace. Even Sunderland have some good players who look hungry despite loony Paolo. Fulham have been unlucky and have loads of quality....above them are Spam, Toon, Stoke, Swansea, Cardiff...again, some good squads there. (Although Stoke were atrocious today).

Agreed, happy for Norwich because they have some tough fixtures coming up and they have brought well. Hughton gets some stupid stick from Norwich fans considering the job he done there, they had a very average squad and could have easily plummeted once Lambert left.

I think they haven't quite provided the service to RVW in the same way we haven't to Soldado yet, hopefully that will come for both sides.

Liverpool are suicidal. I understand the pass it around at the back technique, but when you've ****ed up at it three or four times and given possession over you have to try something else.

Is he pretending he's driving a car?

That's only a hand ball if it was deliberate. The goal can have come off his hand and still legitimately stand.

Ed: +1 Ki. Like the look of him.

I always find weird when managers are absolutely wedded to a single belief, even if they don't have the personnel to execute it or when it becomes clear that it's to the detriment of results.

Surely the key is to have a balance? In this scenario: play in the right areas, not the dangerous ones.

It's very arrogant to persist with a 'my way or the highway' attitude, seemingly to prove a point about your [Rogers'] footballing and tactical superiority.
