Esp as Tel can't play in the weekWe've been good today, but I don't understand why Frank doesn't play Tel for at least 10-15 minutes for Richy
Focused and kept tempo for most of itThat was as complete a performance as I have seen from us in a while. Long may it continue.
Days like today remind me why I love football so much. MOTD ain't getting swerved tonight!
Goons lose to a last second winner
City follow up by putting the pressure on the bottle jobs
And we finally win at home with a convincing victory

Richy was great today imoWe've been good today, but I don't understand why Frank doesn't play Tel for at least 10-15 minutes for Richy
Had 2 Dutch guys next to me who came to see himReally good game from Xavi. I think today was the day he really became a premier league player!
Yeah, no complaints about Richy, but he probably needs to play on Wednesday too and Tel doesn't. Game was pretty much won, and you could see Richy was getting tired, so just make the sub. We lose a little bit of aerial ability, but gain fresh legs to close down and press.Richy was great today imo
But I do agree
Defensively we were more exposed without Romero. Danso didn’t look fully up to the pace of the game.
Yes it's hard to draw too many conclusions. Brentford didn't make it difficult for us but at the same time we appeared to have the correct approach. Press them, play quickly, keep moving, have available bodies to pass on to, Xavi central, Muani on the pitch. Not a bad way to play. I would say I thought we were pretty good in the second half versus Saudi Sportswashing Machine so it could be Frank getting to grips with his squad and getting an understanding how to get something decent out of them. Time will be the truth teller in that regard, but not a bad couple of games.Decent performance that but Brentford were pretty poor - gave us lots of space
