Sick sick world what is wrong with people

Could somebody enlighten me as to why the Met are currently letting Pro-Palestine protestors launch fireworks at them and they are just standing there

Also saw loads of people getting abused by them when coming out of a McDonalds earlier again the Police just stood there

Too busy twerking at Carnival or painting rainbow flags on their faces at Pride to actually have a backbone and sort some of these people out

If a lot of these antics happen next Sunday there will be confronted by a lot of very angry ex servicemen
Because Genghis sold all the water cannons.

It clearly angers you to see the police getting on with minorities, might be worth having a think about why that is. At least you've gave me an easy opportunity to use the middle finger reaction so thanks I guess :)

I'd rather they did their actual fudging job which is protecting the public then virtue signalling by cosying up to certain groups

Hopefully a load of these turds who are clearly just up for causing trouble rather than peacefully protesting like we keep getting told will get their come uppance next weekend

I’m assuming you’re going to Whitehall like a true patriot to intercept these ‘turds?’ Just be aware you might get mixed up with the far right extremists who are expected to attend because they’re too thick and easily manipulated by populist nonsense to double-check the time and route of the march:

‘We have been organising weekly demonstrations to call for a ceasefire to end the indiscriminate bombing of Gaza, which to date has killed over 9,000 Palestinians, including more than 3,700 children.

Our next national march will take place on Saturday November 11th, 2023. We have made clear that we have no intention of marching on or near Whitehall, in order not to disrupt events at the Cenotaph.

Our planned route is Hyde Park to the US embassy, and we anticipate that the march will begin around 12.45PM, nearly 2 hours after the minute silence of commemoration for the war dead.

Given these facts, we are alarmed by members of the Government, including the Prime Minster, issuing statements suggesting that the march is a direct threat to the Cenotaph and designed to disrupt the Remembrance Day commemorations.

Such statements are encouraging the calls from far-rights activists and commentators who appear to be inciting action on the streets to stop the protests taking place and are deeply irresponsible.

Given the wider context of the previous statements by the Home Secretary seeking to demonise all of those marching in support of the rights of the Palestinian people, it is clear that these further statements are motivated by a desire to suppress widespread public support for an end to Israel’s bombardment of the people of Gaza.

Each of the demonstrations we have called have been peaceful and attended by hundreds of thousands of people and families from a diverse cross-section of British society. Those marching are united in their belief that violence should stop and that international law – which prohibits the targeting and killing of civilians – should be respected. To suggest that a march well away from Whitehall is a disrespect to the war dead is an insult to those marching for peace.’

Police maintaining amicable relationships with the public where possible is virtue signalling, which makes you mad, brilliant stuff it really is. GHod forbid people have any kind of fun in their day to day work life in their community. How much does annual subscription to the daily mail and Katie Hopkins' only fans cost these days?

I can't comment on the protest as I haven't been following it but yes ideally people should not be setting fireworks off at others. Not sure the violence you're implying with come uppance will help.

No i'm referring to remembrance sunday where around 20k plus veterans and people still serving come to London to remember their fallen comrades, these guys will not take any crap and rightly so

I notice no reference from you or the other poster around all the harrassment of normal people by the pro-palestine peaceful demonstrators though

The March for a ceasefire is on Saturday 11th.

As my mate said last night, in the main the protest was not unlawful and considering you have vast numbers outweighing the police you just let them howl at the moon and then disperse.

Then the Met work on the evidence provided and compiled after to pick off those that have broken any rules. TBF they have been doing it for weeks

Next week will be more heightened with the football alliance wade in wanting to hit anyone with a brown face over the head with a cosh

Shame the two aren't at the same time really.

Can't think of a much better solution than for both sets of clams to take each other out and make the world a marginally better place. Maybe we should arm them both heavily and let them at it.

As I mentioned previously, only the really thick and easily manipulated believe that vast majority of the hundreds of thousands of people marching for a ceasefire (and millions around the world) are doing so with sinister intentions. Thousands of those marching are Jewish. To wish death upon them is pretty antisemetic, which you hate. And why would you want your EDL mates taken out? Are you a bit discombobulated because you were allowed to wear your edgelord pants on way past your bedtime?

Only the really thick and easily manipulated believe the EDL are racists, they're just standing up for English values, right?

We all know that's flimflam, just as anyone being entirely honest knows these marches are about anti-semitism.

If you really want to believe that, go ahead. It just makes your world a very ugly place.

It is an ugly place. I'm sure sticking your head in the sand helps you sleep at night but anti-semitism is still clearly a huge problem.

We were all just looking the wrong way when it crept back up on us.

Not as ugly as your online edgelord persona would like it to be. Racism is a huge problem period. I know it doesn’t count for you when they’re a bit browner but it’s a collective issue.

Antisemitism and racism hasn’t just crept up on us either. It’s always there for those that have to live it.

Marching for a ceasefire isn’t Antisemetic. The president and Secretary of State, Israel’s biggest allies, and multiple other nations are negotiating for it or at least for a ‘humanitarian pause’ and protection for civilians (narrator: they mean ceasefire without saying it) Hundreds of millions of people around the world are campaigning for it, including in Israel itself. The UN and every human rights organisation in the world are calling for it. They can’t all be Antisemitic whilst religious extremists, Suella Braverman et al, fascists within the Israeli government/armed forces and EDL Dave who lives, studied and works in Gosport are all on the right side of history.

And the EDL are just marching to protect British values.

I get you don't want to see it but it's there. I'm sure there are some useful idiots who are genuinely marching for what they think is a peaceful result, but that's not what this is about. This is anti-semitism gone mainstream - choosing not to see that is as bad as the Daily Mail readers who choose to believe that EDL marches are mainly OK people with a few racists making them look bad.

Your mates at the EDL march for hateful purposes. ‘Wee wont aar clamry back’, ‘get the darkies out’ getting on the Stella’s etc. I’ll reiterate as it seems to be confusing you, these marches and sit-ins which millions have attended worldwide, including Jews organising and attending, are to demand a ceasefire. To compare the two is macaronic at best. You don’t have to believe that and live in your little bubble of one where you’re always right, and you can agree with the other extremists and fascists that these are ‘hate marches’. But the rest of the world will be on the side of avoiding more of a humanitarian catastrophe and genocide.

Sure, and I assume the river referred to in "From the river to the sea" is the Naaman, right?

Fancy buying a bridge?

Ah yes, another nonsensical propaganda point I keep seeing trotted out to the backwater inbreds to amplify.

It’s a slogan. The point of the slogan is to declare that Palestinians will be free from oppression and occupation. It rhymes and everything. Of course, some will and have used it as a statement of evil intention. But it’s important to be fair and factual as to why most use it. Or is that antisemitic? Much of the rhetoric coming from the IDF and government is promoting genocide and ethnics cleansing. But I’m guessing that sits ok with you.
