I meant in terms of squad position.
Nominally, they may play on opposite sides but I don't know how much of a stretch it would be for Danjuma to be deployed in the way that Conte would have wanted Moura to be used were he fit.

Looks like a good player, but as @billyiddo said it is not a position we desperately need. Yes, Son could do with rotation, but Perisic seems suited to covering Son more than playing with him at LWB. Obviously great to add quality to the side, but let's hope its not a token signing because we can't find any defenders.
Yes, Conte can get a tune from Romero, Dier, Davies, he did last season, but if we want to upgrade the side, CBs are needed.

I thought we needed some quality at the back! yes we allways need players for cover for injuries etc but another forward..well OK then but what about our ongoing brain farts....you cant win games by leaking goals in the defence!

Exactly, and if its a loan then its low risk
Most games we have at least 5 defenders on the bench so having another option in attacking areas, and to take up some of the workload in the FA Cup etc, will be helpful

Still a week to move for Ndicka or whoever. Getting a loan attacking player in means all our funds can go on the defender
I was moaning about the lack of strategy on another thread but was told all was in hand and that we are mid way through a project….amazing that we nearly let him join Everton if he was part of the long term strategy!
