Thrilled with that. Terrible in possession for 60 mins or so. Ndombele again showed his talent and gave us some element of control of the ball at times. The bit of skill that threw one of their players off was sensational.

Hugo, Tanganga, Toby and Winks were excellent. Thought GLC was motm. Sensational player. Son also busted a nut even though he was poor in part but he chased everything second half.

A lot of good, some bad,a lot of luck but a fudging great result and clean sheet too. COYS.

Is this the same game plan we used against Liverpool?

And got ripped for.

If it was for the red card we would have lost this game. The tactic was brick like it was against Liverool,l. We have players now who can play quick one touch football but we do not use that and try long balls and sitting deep.

@milo a difficult one, Lo Celso or Tanganga for me. Tangana looks so assured, it ridiculous how young he is and out of of position.

We have a real player in Tanganga. So cool, calm, quick. Yet young.

He's been brought along at the right pace and brought in at the right time. Can't imagine him not becoming a regular starter in the days ahead.

Stick Kane up top there and it’s got the makings of a progressive team.

If Ndom can get properly fit we’ve basically added 5 names to the first team setup in Jan.

Makes such a difference watching players comfortable on the ball - GLC growing by the game, Ndom just doing Ndom things.

Few more positions to fill but we are on our way.
