Could Arsenal REALLY get relegated? Surely no chance...

...but it would be BLEEPING HILARIOUS if they did! I'd subscribe multiple times on every device possible to AFTV if that happened!!

But seriously, where do people think they'll finish? And what would stop what is happening atm to them from happening to us in the coming years?

MIKEL ARTETA is facing a losing battle to keep star man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at the club, according to reports.

The striker, who sits second in the top scorers chart with 13, has grown disillusioned at the Emirates following the club's lack of form.

Aubameyang, 30, has just 18 months left on his current contract and is refusing to extend his deal.

The Gabon international is desperate to play Champions League football and knows it remains unlikely while he stays at the Emirates.

Arsenal are already 11 points behind Chelsea in fourth spot and will be relying on winning the Europa League to book their place in Europe's biggest cup competition.

His brother Willy also caused a stir after criticising the appointment of Arteta by suggesting he has no experience.

Ex-boss Unai Emery made Aubameyang captain in a bid to convince him to stay and although he is ready to carry Arsenal's season on his shoulders, he wants to reevaluate his options at the end of the season according to the Telegraph.

Aubameyang, a £56million signing in 2017, has already worked under four different managers at Arsenal.

It could spark a mass exodus of frustrated stars looking for the exit door with Alexandre Lacazette and Granit Xhaka facing uncertain futures.

Xhaka looks braced to sign for Hertha Berlin who have launched a loan bid with the option of a £25.6m permanent deal.

Would be an enormous loss to them, IMO, even if he does seem to be an utter bellend.

If Lacazette went too they basically dont have a front line...

And a front line is all they have

And a front line is all they have

Thats the scary part (for them).

Pepe and Martinelli might come good, they have talent - but its a 50/50 thing at this point.

Them aside, theyve got nothing else really.

Ive seen rumour mill stuff of them spending big under Arteta - but I honestly question their ability to attract players at this point even if they do loosen the purse strings (something they wouldnt/couldnt do under Emery).

They are now a EUROPA league team, alsorans in the league, in need of a major overhaul/"project" and under a manager with zero experience.

Put it this way, if we are going for the same player the difference between working for Mourinho and working for Arteta is a decider alone.

The striker, who sits second in the top scorers chart with 13, has grown disillusioned at the Emirates following the club's lack of form.

Apparently it all stems from an overheard conversation Aubameyang had with his agent and brother, Willie.

The damning quote came when Aubameyang declared he wanted out of Britain before Brexit created further uncertainty and demanded his brother find destinations on the continent to ship his possessions "lock, stock and two smokin' Lamborghinis" out of England.

His assessment of the club he plays for came down to this damning assessment of club management:

They went out of here six months ago to buy defenders and midfielders we could count on and returned with a semi-conscious Pepe and a stinkin' bag of F-Ozil-izer. Alarm bells are ringing, Willie.

Am I the only one who thinks this is both hilarious, and perfect?

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is considering an audacious attempt to sign Emirates Marketing Project defender John Stones, 25, on loan. (Sun)

He and Luis? Ah the LOLs...
