We don't have our usual excuses....usually we're saying how we've been screwed because the FA have given us a later match than our competitors or less time to prepare than them....

I hope we can get an equaliser at least.

Yep, not a single excuse, this result is purely down to laziness in preparation and application.
 
I don't mind teams being physical, breaking up play at every opportunity and taking their time for dead balls.

What I do mind very much, is referees allowing teams to be too physical and taking too much time - without actually punishing them for breaking the rules and adding time.
 
It would be really nice if, for once, we came to a game like this, with all its implications, and thrashed the opposition.

They won’t do that if we score a couple of goals early.
 
I'm struggling to think of the worst player from our team today tbh. I initially think Aurier or Sissoko but then remember how anonymous Eriksen, Son and Winks were for this match or how many good positions Rose wasted. How often Foyth invited pressure.

Very poor all round really.
