I'm really not. They are great to watch. I wouldn't have said that when King Kenny was their manager or when Suarez played for them but they're an entertaining side and I really don't see them as a rival to us like many on here do. Liverpool at home and away are cup finals for many GG posters.

Entertaining or not, one should not be wanting the bin dippers to have any joy. Arsenal were entertaining when they did the invincible year, did I want them to win the champions league? Hell no. Liverpool fans don’t like our club I don’t see why any of ours should like theirs. Obviously you can but I think it’s strange wanting another club in the top 4 to win a cup you wanted your club to win.

I can't speak for all Liverpool fans but I'm not surprised some of them don't like us judging by some of the comments on here about Hillsborough for example. Most Liverpool fans I know in real life don't have any ill feelings towards us. Social media and football forums are a completely different animal. We have been competing for CL places with Liverpool for the last 7-8 years so it's not much of a surprise that the fans of each club have digs at each other on twitter and Facebook.

They're not Arsenal, they're not Chelsea. Liverpool are not a close rival to us, they're over 200 miles away, nothing even close to being a fierce, local rival. I would not even entertain the thought of Arsenal or Chelsea winning any trophy but I just can't bring myself to hate Liverpool.

I don’t think they have been that lucky except who would’ve have thought Salah would have been this outstanding and that as they say was ever so lucky.

Liverpool are a carbon copy of Klopps great Dortmund side who gave us a couple of football lessons. We though are now much better and remember took 4 points off this Liverpool side.

They've had the rub of the green in the CL to be sure, including this match. Overall though they have had a superb season I agree.

Roma have had plenty of good chances in this half and spurned them.

fudge Madrid, fudge them real good... Arrogant clams who think they are welcome to our best players. fudge them and their 'special agreements.'

I hope Liverpool smash them in the final. I'm with Jurgen, no idea how our fans can hate them in the same way they do Chelsea or Arsenal.
