A poor poor villa side that we bosses d but had no ideas or end product. 2500 corners but never ever threatened from one directly, only the penalty. Modric keeps taking corners when vdv isn't playing yet he doesn't beat the first man.

Harry should have brought Defoe on when we scored the penalty.

No one bottled it???? Redknapp was stood with his fudging dingdong in his hand tinkling his pants as had to actually manage the team. Must win game? Put that renowned goal machine Parker on.

Redknapp just fudge off. fudge OFF. You knew that Saudi Sportswashing Machine lost and we had nothing to lose, and you bring on Scott Parker for VDV. Any other manager would have made an offensive substitution and you bring on a DM when Villa had fudge all during the whole game. fudge OFF.
 
As I said - I was more confident with Rose off. At least we had shape with Bale on the left. Arry maybe should have seen how Rose was playing and changed things whilst we were 11 men. Hindsight I guess...

We did play well but once again - our set-pieces were wasteful. Sometimes I wonder if these players are on auto-pilot? Villa were clearly much better in the air yet we still pumped the corners in front of Given! We played ot their strenghts at times - ridiculous. That said, I think Arry needs to make Sandro his Vieira - the guy at times seems more offensive than Modric, that penalty was a very smart piece of work. He must have know Villa were diving into challenges thus the extra touch.

So frustrating because we actually played quite well but didn't have the finishing capability.

COME ON BAYERN!!!!!!!!!!!

We didnt dingdong anyone - we dropped 2 points and that is all that matters

There are no fudging points for possession or shots off target

Do you honestly agree with his subs?
 
Be realistic a point down to ten men away from home is a good result. Sure a win would have moved us into 3rd, but if we'd thrown caution to the wind we could have taken nothing away from the game. 3rd is still a possibility.
