Gutter Boy
Tim Sherwood
Or agree terms with him for the summer. Get him free and use the price we would have paid to pay his wages / signing on fee.
Get Standard Liege to sign him on a pre-contract tomorrow, then get him from them, like with Fryers.

Does it concern you that we are not sure if you are serious? It shouldGet Standard Liege to sign him on a pre-contract tomorrow, then get him from them, like with Fryers.
He’d obviously never come and it would only drive up the price they get. With Emirates Marketing Project and Man Utd supposedly tabling £20m and £25m bids for Sanchez do you think a £30m bid from us could be a good move. If only to make Arsenal shiver at the thought of him moving accross town.

we'd look a bit silly putting in a bid imo
Not if it was a genuine bid and wages were off set.
We'd look silly as he'd never join us ahead of Manchester clubs, even if the North London rivalry wasn't an issue
And theoretically push the price up which is not something we want to be doing.I completely agree but to put in a genuine bid for 30+ mill would not make us look silly it will just be rejected.
I'd use toilet paper when dealing with Woolwicha waste of time, resource and fax paper!!!
And theoretically push the price up which is not something we want to be doing.
If true.... Utd paying him 18m a year plus the 30/35m transfer fee, it's another fine example of financial fair play being non existent in the world of football.
Interesting to read that of the mooted £35 million United are spending in transfer fees, only £20 mil goes to Arsenal, £15 mil to Sanchez' agent.
Man U are desperate and it's the only thing they can do is throw money at it and hope that works!
We have been here before and it smacks of brick or bust for Man U.
Mou could be threatening to look elsewhere!
Remember they are not going to win title this year and maybe in the near future?
