Great news if true. Hopefully he can be involved with the first team training if not already.

The Club can confirm the departures of Development Squad players Ryan Loft, Christian Maghoma, Luke O’Reilly, Joe Pritchard and Nick Tsaroulla following the conclusion of their contracts.
Second Year Academy scholar Matthew Lock has also been released.
We wish them all the best for the future in the next stage of their careers.

Not official, but as good as:

Jaden Brown and Shayon Harrison have also both had their deals extended until next summer.

Let's hope he gets some game time in the US this summer and can force his way into the league cup side

Unless he thinks he'd be better off with first team minutes in a lower league it's probably in his interest to continue his development at Spurs

I imagine he has had the skills coaching he needs. Time to go and play and hopefully make his way up the leagues.

New Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa could use his relationship with fellow Argentinian and Tottenham chief Mauricio Pochettino to strengthen his defence. Bielsa has been linked with a loan move for Spurs prospects Argentinian Juan Foyth and American international Cameron Carter-Vickers, who enjoyed a spell with Sheffield United last season.

Would be a good development move for Foyth, could leave us short though

Would leave us very short. Toby is likely off and to send out those two would leave us with just 2CB's who know the system, not to mention leaving us unable to play a 3 man defence if required (Dier could, but he wants to be a CM).

CCV needs a Premier League loan anyway and I'd argue that Foyth would be best served doing the same.

Its the Biesla factor though, ideologically very similar to Poch - on which basis regular games at Leeds could be more valuable than spordaic games at Watford (or similar)

Yeah. Leeds would be a perfect loan for our youngsters -- at least until Bielsa gets fired, of course.

Big club with hugely vocal fans and high expectations. If they can make it there, they should be fine in the Prem. At least mentally, and probably physically too. Technical skills are a different matter, of course.

Im of the impression that by the time we let players out on loan its not technical skills we are looking to develop - rather the real game experience you describe.

Shame, never heard of him tbh. Hopefully we have some sort of buyback deal / "special relationship"

Tottenham have seen one of their young talents leave the club yesterday.

Noni Madueke is a 16-year-old highly-rated midfielder who has played international age group football for England. He was offered a contract by Spurs, but turned it down, preferring to move on, alerting a number of clubs to his availability.

Madueke played in the UEFA Youth League for Spurs and was named player of the tournament in the Sonnenland Cup in 2017. He played for the club's U18s as a 15-year-old and was also the captain of the U16 side.

Chelsea were interested interested when he decided to leave Spurs, while Manchester United offered him a trial.

He wasn't under contract so we won't have even been involved in the deal, we will receive a small amount of compensation but that's about it. Still, if we are to lose players it's better to see them try their luck abroad rather than leaving for the money that our rivals are willing to throw at them.
