And just think they are some fans who think leaders in a team are not important.

Just think how good of a leader he must be then, not in the team but still did the job. :p

Ah, a leader not in the team.

That's a really good idea. Maybe they could be in charge of the players, pick formations, tactics, etc. Maybe they could work with the chairman on transfers and attend press conferences.

Now, what would we call this person who manages the team?

Given that Poch denied that H spoke, is Danny wise to be rehashing this?

So would you start Kane or bring him on at half time?

    Allowing a front four of;

    --------Son---------
    Moura Alli Eriksen

It will be crucial Kane is on the pitch in case it goes to pens (after extra time of course) which would still mean 75mins of playing time for him.

I’d bring him on at 80 minutes just after we’ve gone 3-0 up so he can bag a quick brace before the full time whistle.

If Poch is certain he's good for 120 mins plus pens then he starts, otherwise best he comes on as sub, but exactly when would depend on his overall condition and how the game is panning out.

    Ottawa, actually.
    Start him, drop Dele.

    ---------------Kane-------------

    Son---------Eriksen------Lucas

This will p*ss off Dele to no end, and rightfully so.

So bring him on for Harry at 45/60 mins, and watch him score a hat-trick just to prove Poch wrong.

    Simples. :p

Think we need to pull him out of England squad for his own good.

    A long break needed.

Would not have started him tonight.

But it does appear to me Poch is playing him deeper in the Sheringham role. If this is the case we need much more of a goal threat.

Gomez the guy playing in Spain would be a gòod foil for him if he is going to play deeper. Because Dele does not do it and son and Lucas are not out and out strikers.
