Scott Parker - Won his first cap in 2003 I think, might have been against australia and then won the rest at Chelsea, West Ham, Saudi Sportswashing Machine and Spurs
 
I can only think of Parker, Charlton, Saudi Sportswashing Machine, Chelsea, Spurs and W.Ham. I also thought possibly Peter Crouch
 
Crouch first played for England while at Southampton at the end of the 04/05 season when they got relegated, then Liverpool, Portsmouth, Tottenham. Has not been called up since moving to Stoke.

Yep Reyes I believe (doubt Fabregas has though).
Thought Pique too but less sure of him.

I think Fabregas was there when Arsenal last won the league? Long time ago though, so it's pretty tough to remember.
 
Fabregas started playing for Arsenal in 2005 when they won the FA Cup I believe, he was a year too late for league.
