    I agree with this but integration is a key part of that evolution, otherwise you end up with two distinct cultures rather than one and that is where problems begin. For the record I'm sure many Brits are guilty of the exact same thing, moving to Spain to live in ex-pat communities.

    I disagree. We have no problem bringing in 180,000+ non-EU migrants per year now, all of whom need a visa. Leaving the EU won't suddenly stop Europeans wanting to come to live in the UK. If anything we can focus on bringing in migrants specifically to address any skills shortage we have.
