    Just to set the record straight, this is incorrect, as per some other thread here. You can replace a seriously injured player, you don't have to wait 60 days. But that player you take out cannot come back into the CL squad contention for at least 60 days. So I think Frank was either misinformed...

So I will be surprised if VdV is still fit by that point... some of the bursting runs he goes on make me wince.... and even if he is fit, he will definitely deserve resting in some games, so him being "missing" at Dortmund is not an issue...
