Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

That's simply because we now have 3 revenue streams as opposed to 2 (like we use to and like most other clubs). So if we don't make Europe...not a big thing, we have the safety net to take a longer view. It's not a lesson lol....it's a benefit of the long term plan.

Data. Can't be ignored. It's part of the mix. Apart from points total...much if it is positive.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

This is the thing...you can see the direction of travel with Jose or Conte it's a well trodden path...ending with a downward spiral with red flags and well signposted by their own comments. There's just such a wide spread of potential outcomes imo. Whether that's the team giving me that vibe...

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

It's a very good piece. I've never known or had this type of feeling with a manager. ie it's very likely to succeed just as much as it will fail. The direction of travel is not giving me any certainty either. The overall outcome is potentially like many of our games....you just don't know...

Contingency planning : If Ange is sacked, who should replace him?

The cycle of managers is just football. It's going on at clubs up and down the country. To some degree you 'luck out' with a manager. Whether that's because he's an up and comer or it happens to be right place right time. Of course, at each reset you should be looking at someone you consider a...

As is adding Big Vic the mad Italian to the leadership group imo

    Ange in or out?

Ange is like he is in some post match interviews (glum/grumpy) because he's seen zero validation of his ideas and tactics. He has his excuses, and with the big one, injuries, I think it's only fair (and pretty pointless not too) to give him until the end of the season, then everyone...

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

I kind of felt that it was just blind hope we might get something out of it, nothing tangible from the team was making me think we would

He always sounds like that when we've lost AND especially immediately after the game when he's struggling to see any positives He'll be alright again in Friday's press conference.

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Expensive Stoke***

There definitely was hardly any sign of cohesion. We are thinking about what to do with the ball, there's no knowing in advance what to do with the ball

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Expensive Stoke***

Despite sitting (or in truth being forced) deep, we still manage to allow them space.... the wide man to cross it, the switch to free players at the back post, players in dangerous positions within the penalty area (we are lucky that sterling is brick, such a poor decision maker). I know we are a...
