Multiple sources report that Brock Lesnar has signed a one-year deal with WWE that will see him work through WrestleMania 29 in New Jersey next year.

Lesnar has signed on for a minimum of two appearances per month over the next year plus additional appearances during the build to WrestleMania 29. The belief is that Lesnar will make around 30-35 appearances over the next year but WWE likely has the ability to negotiate additional appearances, if he’s willing to make them.

As seen on RAW, The Rock teased a run with the WWE Title. Speculation is that Lesnar will eventually challenge The Rock for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 29, setting up the rhyming tag-line "Rock vs. Brock".

fudge yes, so happy to see Lesnar back, he was my last favourite before I stopped watching wwe (before starting to watch again last year). Also, my e-mail address is relevant again haha.

Sadly, until they stop selling it as a PG-13 programme we won't have an attitude era, but I hope they are moving towards that again. Surely Cena has to turn heel now? He could accept the fans supporting The Rock over him, he's the peoples champ, but surely he won't be happy about them liking Lesnar more?

Used to love it back in the day. Was just looking at the Undertaker on wikipedia and turns out he's 47 and married to another wrestler (Michelle McCool):

The Undertaker IMO is without doubt the greatest wrestler of all time, in terms of wrestling ability, being able to adapt with the times no one comes close.

Daniel Bryan is the most entertaining bloke in the WWE at the moment, nice bonus that he's superb in the ring too, so I was really pleased with the massive pro-DB chants on last night's RAW. Hopefully WWE get the message and don't drop him out of the main event picture. There's a video of him online addressing the crowd last night after the dark match main event:

He's was ill for a while in the late stages of his UFC career, perhaps he's had issues with training since then. Anyway, Lesnar was never the leanest guy about, always had a very bulky figure

Raw was probably the best Raw I have seen since early 2000s and that's the truth. From start to finish it was fudging awesome and entertaining, the crowd were perfect, every chant they did was gold. They are starting to build up the midcard now, Ziggler is the brightest talent they have, guy makes everyone look a million bucks too, the best seller in the business.

Jericho/Punk is just class, the bottle smashing over his head too was a nice touch (as was Jericho's slip ;)), I reckon Jericho will take the strap off CM Punk at Extreme Rules in Punk's hometown of Chicago!!

I absolutely echo you ELJ about Daniel Bryan, in a matter of months, he's gone from crickets in the crowd, to mega heat, to (thanks to the awful booking of his Wrestlemania match against Sheamus), over with the crowd. The guy has mega star written all over him from his look, his mic work, his in-ring ability (best in the business in all honesty), I can't wait for what they have planned.

The Rock's promo was awesome too to start the show, couldnt help but smile when he mentioned becoming the WWE Champion again, would actually love a future Rock/Punk feud to be honest. Also nice to see A-Train back in the WWE, this time under a new name of Lord Tensai, nice touch to see they have expanded him and gave him a gimmick based on his time in Japan where he has improved greatly, nice to see they've got in a big man who is good in the ring now.

and that brings me on to Brock Lesnar, the crowd went absolutely MENTAL for him. Rumour has it, he only showed up about 40 seconds before his music hit and he probably left straight after but boy did he make the crowd go crazy. But the biggest praise must go to the crowd last night in Miami, they were outstanding and reminded me of why I grew up loving wrestling, the intensity, the passion and raw emotion of the fans.

More of the same please WWE and crowds..

....say what? Not a chance. Arguably the greatest in other respects yeah, but in wrestling ability, hell no. Hell no. Just...no.

People may knock me for saying this...

But in terms of in-ring ability, my favourite (pre-TNA) was Jeff Hardy. fudging awesome wrestler. (when he isnt off his face)

Ken Shamrock is up there too.

When Shamrock first started he was so wooden haha

Ever seen the Vader match where he gives him stiff punches over and over, breaking Vaders nose?! Vader nearly knocks him out with one blow to stop him haha absolute classic.

John Cena is hardly better now! His 5 knuckle shuffle is one of his only 5 moves! He nearly ruined The Rock at Mania, could have done some serious spinal damage. And he has zero heat. I hate Cena.

Both Hardy's are good wrestlers, Jeff probably the better - TNA was good for him.

Pure wrestling ability, Jeff is no where near the best, but in terms of charisma, the guy had it in abundance, something a lot of the WWE superstars nowadays lack. I mean Jeff showed that with limited ring ability and poor mic skills, you can get over alone just for your charisma and entertainment value. Such a shame about whats happened to him really.

Suppose you have to put HBK and Hart up there for wrestling ability, the Iron Man match at Wrestlemania 12 (?) was one of the finest exhibitions of pro wrestling. Hart being anoth good example of a wrestler whos in-ring ability was enough to make most ignore his poor mic skills.

    Spot on.

I mean Michaels was hardly the best on the microphone himself but his charisma, ring work and pretty much everything else was enough to make him one of the best of all time.

Exactly, all the new wrestlers these days are so boring. I watched it when I was young probably up until around 96ish mainly and back then they were all proper characters with their own traits etc. Now they just seem so dull and boring. I mean look at the tag teams you had back then - legion of doom, natural disasters, headshrinkers, nasty boys, money inc etc. Nothing compares to the old characters.
